A lovely one bedroom garden level suite which has been beautifully renovated throughout with nice attention to detail. The suite is bright, cheerful and very spacious. It has two separate entrances, one through the kitchen and the other into the living area. With a lot of natural light, and its comfortable furnishings it would be a great place to stay.

The living room has a couch and two chairs to relax on in front of the tv and large stone gas fireplace. There is also a desk and office chair for your convenience. The suite has nice modern colors in all the rooms, laminate flooring in both the living room and bedroom, and tile floors throughout the rest of the suite.

The bedroom feels very relaxing and is a good size. There is a queen bed and a chair which would be great for reading. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and chester drawers. The bathroom provides lots of storage, feels fresh, and has a stand-alone shower (no bathtub).

The large kitchen has nice new cupboards, attractive black countertops and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is also a nice table with seating for four.

This suite is located near Deep Cove, one of the most scenic spots in the lower mainland. Enjoy the Cove's hiking trails, shops in the village or rent a kayak and paddle up Indian Arm. The suite is close to Cates Park, grocery stores, restaurants and a Starbuck's coffee. Near Mt. Seymour and Capilano University. The closest bus stop is no more than a 2 minute walk.
